यहाँ कुछ सुझाव दिए गए हैं जो उम्मीदवारों को सामान्य गलतियों से बचने और उनकी उम्मीदवारी

Here are certain tips for the prospective candidates in the form Dos and Don’ts, which may help them to avoid committing certain common mistakes,
often leading to the cancellation of their candidature.

रोजगार सूचना और उसमें दिए गए निर्देशों को
ध्यानपूर्वक पढ़ें।
Read the Employment Notice and the instructions contained therein carefully. -
यह जांचें कि आप योग्यता, आयु, जाति, दृष्टि
आदि की सभी आवश्यकताओं को पूरा करते हैं
या नहीं।
Check, whether if you satisfy all the requirements of qualification, age, caste, vision etc., as required for the post in question. -
आवेदन पत्र के प्रत्येक कॉलम/खण्ड को दिए गए
निर्देशों के अनुसार भरें।
Fill up each column/block of the application form as per the given instructions. -
यदि आपको किसी RRC द्वारा RRC परीक्षाओं में
शामिल होने से वंचित किया गया है (डिबार), तो
कृपया यह जांच लें कि आपको वंचित (डिबार)
किए जाने की निर्धारित अवधि समाप्त हो चुकी
है या नहीं।
Check, whether your debarred period has expired on the crucial date, if you have been debar from by any RRC from appearing in the RRC exams. -
यह सुनिश्चित करें कि आपका आवेदन पत्र सभी
दृष्टियों से पूर्ण है, ताकि उसे RRC द्वारा
अस्वीकार न किया जाए।
Check whether your application form is complete in all respects so that it is not summarily rejected by the RRC. -

RRC द्वारा जारी कॉल लेटर के साथ समय पर
परीक्षा स्थल पर पहुँचें।
Reach the venue of the examination in time with the call letter issued by this RRC. -
कॉल लेटर पर छपे निर्देशों को पढ़ें और उनका पालन करें।
Read the instructions printed on the call letter and ensure the compliance thereof. -
कॉल लेटर के ऊपरी भाग पर हाल ही में
खिंचवाया गया पासपोर्ट आकार का फोटो
चिपकाएं, जो आवेदन पत्र पर लगे फोटो से मेल
खाता हो।
Paste only a recent passport size photograph on the upper portion of call letter which should match the one pasted on your application form. -
आवेदन को आवश्यक दस्तावेजों के साथ सिर्फ
सामान्य डाक (Ordinary Post) से भेजें। स्पीड
पोस्ट / कोरियर / रजिस्टर्ड पोस्ट (AD के साथ
या बिना) से भेजे गए फॉर्म स्वीकार नहीं किए
जाएंगे।
The candidate should send the application duly filled in, along with required documents by ORDINARY POST ONLY. Forms sent through speed post /courier/registered post (with or without AD) will not be acknowledged.

एक ही पद के लिए एक से अधिक आवेदन न
करें।
Do not submit more than one application for the same post. -
कॉल लेटर के साथ जारी निःशुल्क यात्रा
प्राधिकरण का दुरुपयोग न करें।
Never misuse the free traveling authority issued with the call letter. -
परीक्षा में किसी अन्य व्यक्ति की जगह बैठने
का प्रयास न करें; ऐसा करने से आपकी
उम्मीदवारी रद्द हो सकती है और आजीवन
प्रतिबंध भी लग सकता है।
Do not attempt impersonation in the examination, as it will not only lead to the cancellation of your candidature, but also debarring you for life time from appearing in all the RRCs examinations. -
परीक्षा केंद्र में मोबाइल फोन, कैलकुलेटर, पुस्तकें
आदि ले जाना वर्जित है।
Do not carry the prohibited articles, such as, Mobile phone, calculator and books etc in the examination center. -
उत्तर देने में अनुमान न लगाएं क्योंकि गलत
उत्तर पर नकारात्मक अंकन होगा।
Do not hazard with guess while answering the questions as there will be negative marking for each wrong answer. -
परीक्षा में किसी भी प्रकार के अनुचित साधनों
का प्रयोग न करें।
Do not attempt away any unfair means in the examination. -
जब तक अनुमति न मिले, परीक्षा कक्ष न छोड़ें।
Do not leave the examination hall till you are permitted to do so.
